PLANNING TRAINEE

 

Job Description:

  • Reporting to Responsible Product Manager of Planning Trainee is expected to do;
  • Purchase planning, order creation and follow-up,
  • Order management, system allocation and invoicing follow up,
  • Product, price implementation to SAP,
  • Integrated Planning sales forecast maintenance,
  • Managing and reporting of category inventory,
  • Support new product launch activities.

 

Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

 

  • 4th year or master students of universities with relevant educational background such as Business Administration, Economics or Finance
  • Flexible schedule to work for 5 days per week
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel (Pivot analysis and preferably simple Macro) and Power point
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills and hardworking personality
  • Good understanding personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn
  • Candidate should be ready for long term internship (Min. 6, Max. 12 months, starting immediately)

CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINEE

 

Job Description:

  • Timely management of warranty validation process.
  • Communicating with ASCs regarding warranty validation process.
  • Supporting Sony HQ in Europe regarding any warranty related requests.
  • Preparing regular reports.
  • Supporting Customer Support Division for other job related issues.

 

Qualifications:

 

The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate:

 

  • New Graduate, 4th year University or Master Student from universities with relevant educational background such as Business Administration, Engineering or Administration.
  • Flexible schedule to work for 5 days per week.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in MS Excel.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Analytical mind with strong planning and organizational skills and hardworking personality
  • Good understanding personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn
  • Candidate should be ready for long term internship.
